Surprise turn to shock-apology

When I came out of the lift, I was being sprayed by wadever... It was meant to be a surprise! Indeed, I was very surprised, but very shocked when my neighbour came rushing out scolding us saying they are dirtying public places.
Not denying the fact that they are. However, they had promised to clean up after doing so. Putting us in the shoes of our neighbour, if people do so but failed to clean up, of course, I would scold them, but if they do...there is no reason to scold them. The problem is my neighbour have no trust at all in us, thinking would are irresponsible and inconsiderate. This is unfair! Do we not deserve your trust? I suggest that she should wait for us to action not scold right after we walked away, not to leave the mess behind, but to get a broom. We could not put the broom out there because that means that the person we welcoming is a "jinx"。I know whatever I say now might not be whatever you think...because there is no trust. No matter what, I really feel very sorry for making you angry and guilty for causing my friends to get scolded because of me. I really hope you would bury the hachet. If you were to read this post, then accept my sincere apology.
