Sometimes I think that in badminton, winning isnt the most important, the most important is the process and wad u learnt from the mistakes u did in the match and wad u shld change...
Sometimes I think that badminton is abt winning, lose means lose, dun find so many escuse for urself...haha..that is agreeable but not exactly the whole idea...although winning is gd, must win with skill not with luck. Therefore I still must conclude that losing is the only chance to gain experience and learn from ur mistakes...haiz...finally managed to convince myself...anyways must improve!!!
