ok...today wake up then go trainning...not too bad...physical run run run...that shld be at the back...but after that like warm up liao...then for the games I partner matthew win quite afew...not too bad...enjoyed partnering him becox there is confidence between us...only with confidence, we hav the key to win...even if we dun win, I dun mind as long as we tried..."some" people not too happy rite? anyways...no price thus...every1 work hard...
ok later, after trainning 1+, go play with huixin, beverly, junyu and weiting, haiz...2 game with junyu...6sets...hahas...tough match, long time nv play double, both of us are tired, score was 3-3 Iwon 1 set he won 1 set also...win-win solution, played some kind of smashing rough rough game, when we ask those girls to serve high, junyu smash me...I also smash him, no injuries except some pain...sry huixin, smash u at the eye...that was quite far and I was quite soft, anyways sry loh...very sry...nv blind I relieved...but still quite guilty hahas...ur "nvm" haiz...white lie? anyways on the whole enjoyable...OH ya I played with 1 teenage person, score was 13-15 we played the old badminton score counting...so service over alot of times...tiring after the long day...2 points again...lost...anyways, I learnt alot...any I noe how to improve...therefore, it is ok...no pain no gain...now whole body pain, hope there is gain...thank you for the support when i was playing with him...thank you!!! the cheering was so motivating !
