Haiz...During badminton, I always nit along time to warm up...I mean HEATED UP!
Today when I went for the last heats, I run run abit...then when I run the real thing rite..my hands and legs and even brains were like so cold!!! I nit the heat...if some1 were to make me angry at that time maybe its a gd thing.......
